When a person is diagnosed with a life-limiting illness and has a life expectancy of six months of less then the option of hospice palliative care is available to them.

KCN can support you via services such as volunteer visiting and day wellness programs. These programs provide respite for you as a caregiver by providing companionship and care to your loved one for short periods of time (1 to 5 hours) on a on-going basis. [link to adult day wellness]
