Hospice Wishlist
To meet the growing needs of our growing hospice, the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice is looking for assistance in acquiring the funds to purchase the following items:
Hospital Quality Love Seat Sofa Beds
Acquiring the funds necessary to purchase these sofa beds is incredibly important to the hospice. Often, family members wish to spend the night at the hospice with their loved one. Having one of these sofa beds in each room would mean that we are not only able to accommodate these wishes, but we are also able to provide a comfortable place family members to sleep. We require a total of $30,000 in order to purchase these ten special sofa beds. Units will be purchased once the funds necessary for all units has been raised.

Bird Baths & Feeders
An incredible feature at the hospice are the wonderful windows found throughout our building. We try to keep a bird feeder outside of each of our ten resident's rooms in order to attract the plethora of wildlife found in the area. Many residents are no longer able to venture outdoors and are only able to view the outside world through their windows. As such, creating a peaceful view for them is incredibly important. As bird feeders vary in quality, providing a sturdy, high-quality feeder is a must.
Quality Outdoor Furniture
Often, the families of clients take reprieve outdoors, around our grounds. It is for this reason that we wish to provide quality furniture, to be placed around the Labyrinth Reflection Pathway, so that they have the opportunity to visit a quiet space where they can visit with one another or reflect on their own.

100 Quality Wine Glasses
For special occasions, we have had to rent wine glasses in the past. Because of the amount of use these items get, it would be more beneficial to have our own wine glasses on site.

6 Dozen Bone China Coffee Mugs
Coffee and tea is available at the hospice morning, noon and night. It is a staple in our house, for both staff, volunteers and vistors. It is for this reason why additional mugs is a must.Estimated Cost: $300
Please note, the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice can quite often purchase wholesale and has arrangements with many local suppliers. It is for this reason that we request monetary donations that will allow us to make our own necessary purchases. We cannot accept goods that are dropped off as they may not be the quality required for our specialized uses.
