Have you heard the exciting news? Hamilton has officially been confirmed as the second Canadian location to have its very own Camp Erin. Camp Erin is the largest network of bereavement camps for children and youth in North America. With more than 40 locations across the United States and one other Canadian location, in Toronto. Like all hospice and Bereaved Family services, Camp Erin Hamilton comes at no cost to camp participants or their families.
As a way to ensure longterm sustainability for our Camp Erin initiative, The Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice and BFO - Hamilton/Burlington have partnered with Budds' BMW Hamilton to hold a great fundraiser that will ensure Camp Erin Hamilton will continue year after year.
For more than twenty years the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice has been providing support to thousands in Greater Hamilton. Whether it be in our volunteer visiting program, day program, residential program or supportive care programs, we pride ourselves on the quality of care we provide and are always looking for ways to better meet the needs of those we serve.
