Wish List: What we need
To meet the growing needs of our growing hospice, the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice is looking for assistance in acquiring the funds to purchase the following items:
Xbox 360 Kinect Games
Cost: Approx. $50 per gameOnce we acquire an Xbox Kinect, the next step is to get games to use on it. The more games we have, the more we are able to offer our Day Program clients
Commodes
Cost: $750Three commodes in order to better meet the needs of our residential clients.
Adobe Creative Suites 6 Design Standard
Cost: $600 (approximately)
Purchasing the Adobe CS6 Design Standard would allow for our hospice to create more print materials (brochures, ads, etc.) in house instead of outsourcing these projects to design firms. This would allow us to save thousands of dollars each year.
Bird Seed
Cost: $20 per large bagBird feeders are placed outside of each window of our Residential rooms. We go through a great deal of bird seed and are always looking to replenish our supply.
Please note, the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice can quite often purchase wholesale and has arrangements with many local suppliers. It is for this reason that we request monetary donations that will allow us to make our own necessary purchases. We cannot accept goods that are dropped off as they may not be the quality required for our specialized uses.
