Our 10 Bed Residential Hospice

Since 2007 our residential hospice has been home to more than 1000 families. A referral to stay in our residential hospice palliative care program can be made when the prognosis is approximately three months or less. This along with other assessment tools are utilized to enable admission. Our residential team of PSW’s, RPN’s, MRP’s and RN’s strive to provide whole-person care- body, mind, and spirit- with a multi-disciplinary team who accompany the resident and their family through the course of their journey.
