Living at Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice…
online brochure
We operate a 10-bed residential hospice in a home-like setting.
Our Residential Program is for those: who have difficulty coping at home, who do not have caregiver support, or for those who choose not to live out their final time at home.
The Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice provides whole-person care – body, mind, and spirit – with a multi-disciplinary team who accompany the resident, and resident’s family, through the course of their journey. Providing support for the individual, as well as their family and friends, is a priority.
Inquiries about the hospice are welcome. A meeting to answer questions and assess suitability for hospice can be arranged at the hospice, at a private residence, or in a hospital room.
There is no charge for any of the programs at Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice. However, donations are encouraged and welcomed to help us continue to serve and support our next family.
Making the Call
Anyone can make initial contact with the Hospice for a tour and for questions. This can include the client, the family, health care professionals, and clergy or friends. For admissions please see the ‘Admission Guidelines’ below. A tour is not an admission. A referral must be made or sent through the Local Health, Integration Network (LHIN). For more information, see our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.
