Volunteer Visiting for Adults

This program offers companionship, respite for caregivers, connection to palliative resources, and/or outings for four hours a week for adults and two hours a week for children. Support is provided through one-on-one visits with residents.

What is Volunteer Visiting?

Our specially trained volunteers offer social and emotional support to individuals and families living with a life-threatening illness in Greater Hamilton.

Please note that volunteers do not provide medical or personal care and cannot be responsible for any life-saving monitoring.
